Christmas program

My kids' Sunday School Christmas program was this evening. They both did a GREAT job.

Kylee threw a fit beforehand because she didn't want to wear a dress. But I managed to talk her into it and, of course, she was beautiful and got several compliments throughout the evening.

I expected Josh to be difficult during the performance because he can't stand still for more than 5 seconds, so I talked to his teacher and asked her if it would help if he was in the front where he could see what was going on. She told me that during practice he was put in the front, but he was flopping his arms up and down and crawling around on the floor, so she didn't think it would make any difference. I told her to do what she thought would work best, because I realize he can be difficult. He was in the front row, but he was off to the side. He did pretty good.....considering he couldn't stand still....LOL. His teacher told me, afterwards, that he didn't do any worse than any of the other kids.....I beg to differ...LOL. I love my son dearly, but he is a handful.

I just loved that song sung by all the little kids....they're all soooo cute! :o)
